WowUltra is a pre modified version of WowBB that has the already great features of WowBB (except for multiple language support and phpBB conversion as of version 1.0) with these extra features:
- A complete new look with Split categories, split topics and completely reworked postrows.
- "Select all" tick boxes in all applicable places for members AND admins.
- Back to top button under posts, "breadcrumb" at the bottom, mark forum read at top and bottom of all applicable areas.
- 3 new themes and a "Shades of shades" with many sub themes. Easy to add your own twists to this routine!
That's the theme related features. Now to the bigger features
- User theme override in admin panel. When it is set to "on" the board theme becomes the user theme and the drop down disappears from the my account/preferences tab.
Group color selector, works globally for usernames on the board. Go to Admin panel/ users tab. Click on the color box and a swatch pops up to select one of 256 colors OR you can enter hex code manually for your favorite color!
"Show" box in same area. This selects which group colors are displayed in the legend inside the who's online box.
Custom User Title. You can turn it on or off in group permissions, choose which group can have a title. If you decide to take away title privileges for a particular group, their title returns to group name and the field for entering the custom title in their my account disappears.
Who Visited today- a list of the members that have logged in to your board since midnight (server time).
Welcome back area in who's online. Guest avatar prompts guests to join. Guest title in welcome back area is a link to the registration.
PM saved folder.
Delete all messages for all PM boxes.
Quick reply that goes away when logged out.
Help area now will display the real topic icons per user theme.
Emoticon uploader- completely reworked routine where you can upload emoticons to your board.
