Registration
- Only one account per person
- Duplicate accounts will be deleted
- When creating your account, please keep the username "clean". Do NOT use profane or vulgar words as your username. Names with profanity or vulgar words will be deleted.
Posting
- Flaming, trolling, bashing, attacking and abuse of the members and the staff is prohibited.
- Keep the site clean. Pornographic, vulgar, sexually explicit material and questionable material (images, links, etc) is prohibited. If we think it's questionable, it will be deleted and the user warned.
- Avoid excessive use of ALL CAPS, DiStOrTeD TeXt, and kool t@lk.
- Avoid excessive use of emoticons and punctuation marks.
- The use of foul language is prohibited.
Spamming
- Spam is strictly prohibited on this board. This includes solicitation of any kind, offering your services (free or charged), recruiting for members, MOD workers and theme designers (free or charged), links to pornographic/illegal sites, etc.
- Any posts that we consider spam will be deleted and the user will be warned.
Avatars and Sigs
- Avatars can be no bigger than 128 x 128 pixels.
- NO nudity, pornographic, sexually explicit, vulgar, or offensive material may be used as avatars.
- Sigs are turned off to help keep the site clean.
Custom Titles
- Custom titles are for fun ONLY.
- Do NOT abuse it by posting links to your boards, links leading to pornographic/illegal sites, using foul language of any kind, or posting negative comments about other members or staff.
- The abuse of your custom titles will result in having your custom title privilege taken away. NO warnings will be issued.
Advertising
- Advertising your board or anyone else's is strictly prohibited. You may list your homepage in your profile ONLY or in our Showcase Forum.
- Posting links for other products/sites will be considered spam and will be deleted and a warning issued.
Product And Support
- We will offer support for the �WowUltra software, as well as any of the classic TCDI themes and mods, and any future themes and mods we create for the �WowUltra and �WowBB software.
- We will NOT offer support for any aftermarket themes or mods that we did NOT create.
- We will NOT offer support on our mods if you have obtained them from other sites outside of Data1systems.com or Wowultra.com. NO ONE else has the right to distribute our mods without our consent or knowledge. To do so is a violation of OUR copyright.
- To prevent our mods from being re-written and re-distributed without our permission and knowledge, we will NOT offer our mods for download. Instead, we will install them for you.
- If you are using an after market theme that was NOT created by us, we do NOT guarantee that our mods will work for those themes. All of our mods were created to work with our classic TCDI themes as well as the WowUltra software and "fresh" installs of the �WowBB software
- All orders require at least one (1) business day to process.
- There is a 24 hour window Monday thru Friday for requests to be answered. If we havent answered within 24 hours, kindly bump your request to remind us. Holidays and weekends may take a bit longer than 24 hours.
Private Support
- When entering a support request, be prepared to provide admin username and password and FTP information (if needed) along with a brief description of the problem youre experiencing with your site.
- Failure to provide such relevant information will result in your request taking longer than 24 hours.
- Marking your request "urgent" will not speed up the processing of your request.
- Requests are processed in the order they come in.
Copyrights
- �WowUltra (including mods and themes) is copyrighted by Jim Hale @ Data1systems.
- The removal of our copyright is prohibited unless you purchase the rights to copyright removal, please email us for details.
- Altering and re-packaging/distributing any part of this software is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Enforcement of the Rules
- Violation of the rules will result in warnings being issued to the violator.
- After 2 warnings have been issued to the same violator, a temporary ban will be in place against him/her.
- The length of time for the temporary ban is up to the discretion of the staff.
- Creating another account, changing IP's, etc to circumvent a temporary ban will result in a permanent ban.
- Arguing with the staff (which includes name calling, foul language, abuse) whether in the public forum or email over a warning issued will result in an immediate ban imposed upon that person.
- The staff will NOT argue or debate with you once a decision has been made. Any decision the staff makes is final.
- The staff have the right to edit/remove posts at any time if they feel the post violates the rules.
- We reserve the right to change or add to the rules as we see fit.
