Many will browse this board wondering whether Ultra is the way to go. I can't speak for anyone else, but I can say this - I've made my living off of my website since 1996. We opened only 6 months after Amazon.com. Needless to say, in that time I've dealt with dozens of Internet businesses large and small. The one thing I noticed that is commom to them all is the rapid deterioration in the quality of customer support. With Ultra, Jim and Di have started what I hope is a reversal of that trend. Put simply, I've never received better support by any company - large or small - than I've received here. So if you've come here wondering if this is the way to go.....it is. I can Testify to that 100% Jim has restored my faith that there are still people out there that will help you. I've had some bad experiences recently with another company and will become a paying customer real soon. I started a small board for members of my Masonic Lodge to communicate among themselves and it is private. Jim rescued me last Sunday, Jan 13th and Copied and converted my old board and set it up perfectly in wow ultra. He and I were back and forth all afternoon until he was completetly satisfied that I was up and running. I never could get the appearance of the old board just right and ultra came out of the box perfect for us, with the ultra theme, absolutely perfect for what we needed. I have a large number of permissions category requirements and Ultra's Color options makes it easy. This is part of an email I sent to my Lodge Members tonight I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT ONE JIM HALE WHO OWNS WOW ULTRA AND HAD DEVELOPED THE PACKAGE IN THE PAST YEAR. I FEEL THAT I HAVE A PARTNER IN JIM HALE AND HAD AN ADVERSARY IN ***BB. I THINK THIS HAS ENABLED US TO GET A BETTER PRODUCT AND SERVICES FOR OUR MONEY, IN THAT REGARD IT HAS BEEN GOOD. I might add that Jim did all of this and didn't make a cent out of all this work, but he gained a customer (soon to be) in me soon and I just happen to have Seven other Masonic Lodges in the 1st district of Northeastern N.C. who will probably be interested also. I know who I will be telling them to contact. THIS IS WHERE YOU GET SERVICE!

Thank you John for the kind words! WowBB has actually been good to me, they allowed me to alter their software and package it as a different product, none of this would be possible without them. I still work part time for them but it's been less and less lately because of the ultra project getting popular. I haven't seen your requests there but will look and see what might be going on, it is usually a situation where the other two techs run in to a roadblock and have to assign the request to Aycan who is deep in development. Once the request is assigned it is assumed the tech it is assigned to will be handling the situation and the request can escape the others even seeing it. Sorry you feel burned. Jim

Its Two Months Later And I feel Even Stronger About The Customer Service With Wow Ultra. Jim Has Rescued Me Several Times From Totally Losing The Board from Dumb Mistakes due to My inexperience and lack of Knowledge with Websites. He has performed Miracles for me, well above and beyond the call of duty. Its been a Steep learning experience for me and I wouldn't have a Website right now, if it hadn't been for Jim. If you are trying to make up your mind, between the several choices of WoW type BB's, Go no further, Stop right here and Sign on with Wow Ultra. You will never be sorry. Now its Been almost 9 months and How Do I feel About Ultra, Even Stronger. Reflecting Back on these past Months, Count the Benefits and extras that we all have received from Jim and Di. They are numerous. Starting with a time where we were Just happy to get the user activation mod, We have received one Major Upgrade to Version 1.15, Server upgrades if you are with Data1 Systems and with Version 1.17 about to be released any time now, One wonders how much more improvement we will see in Ultra. I'm betting it will be a bunch, I just hope we all Don't work these good folks into the ground. Just wanted to say Thank You Once again Jim and Di. John

I guess the part that amazes me is that people with other Forum Licenses think that the members of this Ultra Community are puppets on a String controlled by Jim and Di, Giving out Testimonials on Cue. I'm amazed that They Don't really get it. Frankly, I would prefer to be Selfish and keep all this to myself, but that doesn't help Ultra, Jim and Di. We need to carry our message, where we can and support this product everytime the opportunity arises. I would Like To See Jim and Di Become as Wealthy as Bill Gates

WowUltra is the best forum software to date. I would use it. It is so easy to do and afford. And the people who run it are helpful and Jim is very good at trying to get certain chat modules integrated with our forums.
