I have had a WoW board for a while and have experience with phpBB. I also run a forum that uses VBulletin

I have two different hosts that I am currently using, and have used tech support for all of the above.

I have to say that the service I have experienced here is the best I have experienced bar none!

I would be happy with service that was adequate. What I have experienced here has been above and beyond what I would expect from anyone.

The functions of the forum software are very smooth and easy to use. There are excellent features built in. I only have a couple things that I do not have and wish I did, but it seems that Jim and Di would be willing to do whatever they can to what they can.

Hats off to the Ultra Team for superior service and products

Eric

Well said Eric. The support here is well over and above what I'd consider the call of duty and it's up to us to spread the word as best we can.

Feel free to start your own wishlist :)

Jim and I do take into consideration what everyone would like to see incorporated into the software.

Thank you for the nice words, Eric :)

and as Wingnutter said, spread the word! :cool:

Yes Jim and Di go that extra mile for their customers. I really don't know how they find the time. I am pleased that you are happy with the move Eric.

BTW Eric you will like the servers here, they are very stable even with heavy traffic. As evidence of this, here's a recent screengrab form my who's online;

Yes Eric 1116 is the most so far, probably most of them guests and bots though. That was last year on the old server and it crashed the forum and I had to wait a few days for it to be fixed. I paid extra for the larger hosting package after that happened, but I had other problems that were never properly addressed. Everything is working fine here.

BTW Eric, running with the "big dogs" is just more work for the admins. Time enough when it does happen. Stock up on plenty of hair restorer because you will be pulling plenty of it out. ;)
