Jim, Not sure if this is a bug but when i create a new forum and if i move that forum, and it passes the sub forums i created the sub forums disapear so i have to go back in there and put the sub forums back. KJ Last edited on Fri Aug 17th, 2007 02:51 pm by KJ |

Might be a bug, can you more closely describe "passes" and do they disappear or are they converted to regular forums?

as i said when i create a new forum and i decide to move it to the lower end of the category that will have to pass the subs i created, the subs do disapear from veiw but i can always get them back from the drop down menu where they are in. KJ, 1.12 is a couple weeks away, it should cure about 10 problems. Subs has been reworked and will have different bugs now.....

I have been trying to "Un" subcatagorized two forums and all I get is; Invalid SQL query: UPDATE wowbb_forums SET has_subs=0-Unknown column 'has_subs' in 'field list' any suggestions? Wow you must have the first version, has subs became essential for organization later. You might want to wait a couple weeks before doing anything major, we had a couple leaps last night on the new version

I cant wait to see the "leaps". Exciting news. Will you be sending out an email to the people who have purchased the subforums to come get whatever upgrades you release. I only ask because i am traveling so much lately and if I get an email I will know to come check things out. Just curious. Thanks

Ok, slap me stupid, the problem I inccured was due to the attempt to update my version. As I have made so many modifications to the 1.11 when I tried to update it made a mess. I simply put back the original files for now until I figure out what I need to replace to upgrade from 1.11 to the newest version. I tend to have brain farts on a daily basis
