First of all the mild inconvenience of moving will be erased by the increased performance of this server and the fact it does daily backups.
The scenario will be this:
We coordinate a time with the site owner to move.
We turn the board off in the old server and on in the new.
Basically when you can again see your board it will be ready to use. Please do not "turn it back on" because if it is off it is surely the copy on the old server and any changes you make will not carry over to the new site.
Since Data 1 is determined to stay on the cutting edge of technology and will host sites for the rest of the internet existence, this might happen again in a year and a half or so. It will be necessary when systems improve and servers get "that much" faster in order to keep customers sites and boards as fast, secure and trouble free as possible.
