Hi, is there an easy way to switch from wowBB to wowUltra? Is there some (paid) service offered by for this task and how fast could you offer a move? Best mwk-empire

Thank you for your interest in WowUltra! I have a database converter already for WowBB and though it wasn't the plan most of our customers so far are wowbb boards converted. Let us know if you have any more questions-

Can you do the complete move for us (setup, database conversion, domain transfer)? In the moment our wowBB forum is not accessible because it seems the done something wrong with the DNS. But if it is up again we would be ready for a move. We are not using any mods and did not make changes to the wowBB sources so for you it should be a snap. How fast could you do that for us? After the bad experience with wowBB hosting we would go for the 2/20 VDS hosting. Best mwk-empire

If we can get to the files we could complete the move/conversion today. However due to the nature of DNS it might take a few days to get that all working smoothly. If you have your domain registered with WowBB I can get the number to transfer it with if you want.

Hi Jim, thanks, any help is very appreciated. WowBB is causing a lot of troubles to us and if you ask them for help they just say that you have to do this on your own. We decided to host the forum in the existing account of our websites at Godaddy. How can the conversion done in this case? Is there some detailed description you can give? In the moment I can not act because the access to my cpanel is not possible (internal server error). What a pain. mwk-empire

I can probably get to your cpanel for you, what is your username in Wow private support? (you can PM me if you want) In any case we will handle the entire move for you but there is some considerations with godaddy I can explain if you want.
