My Wowbb board has gone down. I haven't been able to get any response through the Wowbb customer support on what went wrong or how to get it back up. Can you guys get my site back up if I buy a license for WowUltra? Welcome Ruff and thank you for your interest. As you can tell from reading the board, a lot of old wowbb customers made the conversion over to Ultra. May I ask who you are currently hosted with?

Im sure Jim and Di will be able to help you out with WOW Ultra.. I have another site besides The Brigher Side its called The TBS Zone and its still thru WoWBB and its been up and down so much its like a YO YO and half the time my email doesnt work.. My time with them runs out in January of 2009 and NO i am not renewing with them... they have gone to **** .... just let me say  and you WILL NOT BE SORRY !!!

The server isn't down (good news) but the Forum itself has crashed. The site is active (logo/style still up). But I just get this big ol' nasty ERROR message and thats it. I just want my site back. I don't care if I have to move it. As long as I can get it back and have open forum support again!!!

Hi RuffHaus, I can get the board going again but the problem isn't with the board it is the hosting. The database control with yahoo is less than desirable. I would love to sell you a license but after fixing the board I can't guarantee it wouldn't happen again. We do hosting for reasonable and will host a WowBB if you like. You would gain a lot from an Ultra board but your immediate problem is hosting. Jim

Yahoo is trying to restore the board/find the issue. Depending on outcome I may move it - problem is I have several sites (non forums) w/them so its handy. Regardless I'll be switching to WowUltra. Support forums are priceless.

Without a support forum, the software is useless when a problem occurs and all you have to rely on is private support getting back to you. BTW nice to see you here, it's always good to see another WOW survivor make it across even if it's just for a chat or some advice.

I was all set with hosting. I was even still paid up through the end of the year. Seeing as the service was so far and beyond what I have seen anywhere else. I dumped my old host and jumped on Data1
