I have a question about subscriptions..... I tried to make one according to the directions. Set up a payment gateway and all of that. Then I made the subsciption with all the info in it, saved it, and couldnt find it anywhere. Exactly where does the subscription show at? How do members see it to subscribe to it. Im sure this is going to be a "smack myself in the head" question, but oh well, Im used to it..

EricC wrote: Would it be at all possible to "lock" certain User Groups from acessing subscriptions? So Jim......The original question above... is this possible? Also...[sorry to be a PITA] I was wondering if it is a possability to be able to control the default user group. For an example.....I manually change their user group, and their subscription expires they go back to the prior even though that would not be the right group.... ........also Someone pays a subscription via mail and I move them to the premium group, but their is no way to set an expiration date

I can block people from subscriptions per user group yes and have. Looks like what you really need is something (for example) 1. Group 10 has no access to subscriptions. 2. You move them to a group 11 that can subscribe. 3. Upon subscription ending, they get moved to group 10 where they can not subscribe again? I'm trying to grasp this.

OK...I hear ya sometimes I confuse myself... First access to the subscriptions.... I would like to have blocked access to subscriptions for user groups 1,2, and 3. As far as the other thing....It is actually two part. First. Group 11 can have access to subscriptions. Lets say I manually move them to Group 9 which is where you go after subscribing. Since I moved them manually there is no expiration date. It would be nice to have that option toadd that during a manual move. OK part two....When someone purchase a subscription and then it expires it automatically defaults to the prior group they were in prior to the subscription purchase. Is there a possibility to change that default on a case by case basis? Does that help?
