I would love to have the ability to attach pre-ftp'ed files to a post. My host is rather bad on the PHP upload front... so maybe an option for the admin to import a file from a path relative to the board install?

Hi Gandalf, We will eventually take the attachments out of the database and put them in a folder, as of this release they are held entirely in the MySQL database. I know an inexpensive host with servers configured to run php/MySQL apps if you are interested
