I am thinking of moving my phpbb2 board to wowultra software , in which my phpbb is heavly moded but if i decide to move i would like these mods have you done these or going to do these in the very near future?1. Report Posts 2. Birthday with bd within the next 7 days 3. Site Announcment in the general Tab (alter what you want the text to say in the general Tab) and displayed on the index page, If you can do these that will be great. I have had a birthday mod in the works for about a year now. It's going to do everything the VB forum does, todays, next 7 days (or x days adjustable in admin panel), and a happy birthday e-mail AND pm. I'm not 100% sure about the report mod, could you explain what it is supposed to do? As far as adding them quickly, there are some base issues I am clearing up and need to finish for basic performance before I start adding mods. Enhancements will come, that's what the attraction of the software is in the first place.

Jim, The BD Mod sounds great and better what i have now on phpbb. report post mod. You never said about the announcement mod

Announcement would be really easy, there is already provisions for it in the software. If you have seen the user_header variable, that's where it takes place. Problem is it has to be populated manually... putting it in the general tab wouldn't be much of a problem. That would be so easy I will definitely put it down for the next round of mods (right after the critical update package being released soon). I am already using it as a routine on other sites I have worked on. Notice the "Used Sigma Pump" announcement on this site: http://columbusdieselsupply.com/ I did that site.
